Journalism is increasingly confronted with the criticism that it is insufficiently connected to the everyday realities of citizens’ lives. Many people feel inadequately represented in media coverage, while opportunities for participation within media organisations remain limited.

Based on extensive empirical research, the EU project DIACOMET has explored how dialogue-oriented processes between journalism, audiences, and other stakeholders can be strengthened. As part of the closing event, key research findings and project outcomes will be presented and subsequently discussed in a panel conversation with representatives from various stakeholder groups.

Please note: The event will be held in German.
